As a new resident here I honestly didn’t know what to expect. I’ve only lived in one other apartment complex and it was a totally different experience. We had so many questions before we actually were moving in and they answered every last one without complaint. They explained to us all about the community and all the rules with patience. They gave us a welcome bag with goodies and a handwritten card welcoming us. We have felt like our transition into this community had been an easy one. Thank you for making this easy

Amazing neighborhood, would highly recommend. Amenities are great, the front office staff are great. If anything in your apartment gets damaged they fix it very quickly.

Apartment condition is great. You have ample parking spaces, cleanliness is up to par. Haven’t used any of the facilities due to COVID-19. Can’t wait to use and enjoy you gym and pool area

I have never experienced a better neighborhood! I will definitely be renewing my lease LOL! The management is always there, and actually care.. they take care of the property, and I feel safe here as well! I love it here

It's great living at The Park at Kendall. The amenities are great and the community is very calm and friendly. Also, any issues that may arise, as minimal as they may be, contacting the personnel is easy and the issues get resolved promptly. Overall, happy with our time at The Park at Kendall
