Memorial Day is typically known as the weekend to kick off the start of summer and there is no better way to celebrate than by getting outdoors. Living in Florida, there are a variety of ways that you can get outdoors this weekend and there will be plenty of spaces to explore. You can explore Miami and see all that awaits, or you can head to one of the nearby parks and soak up the sunshine. We also have several outdoor areas throughout our community so you don’t even have to leave the community to enjoy the fresh air. Getting outdoors for Memorial Day weekend will be the perfect way to celebrate the holiday and kick off the summer season.
If you’re looking for an exciting way to spend your weekend, you can head to the Hyundai Air & Sea Show. The air show will be fun for everyone and it showcases the technology and equipment of all 5 branches of the military, as well as first responders. The show lasts for two days, May 25th and 26th, so you will have the chance to see the show whenever it works for you. There will be powerboat racing, extreme water sports, an action zone, food, and so much more. You will love seeing the spectacular displays and the Hyundai Air & Sea Show will be the perfect activity to participate in this Memorial Day weekend.
Living in Miami, you will have access to some of the most beautiful beaches in Florida and you can spend your weekend at the beach just enjoying the surf and sand. There are so many public beaches just minutes from our community and you can pack a picnic and some water activities and just enjoy the bright sunshine. You’ll want to be sure to pack an umbrella or something that offers shade, as well as a few chairs and sunscreen. A beach day will allow you to relax and just spend time with friends or family all weekend long.
